- Thanks for a great cooking class at BelmarBAC recently. Learned a lot and the food was great. The new cook book is wonderful and the spices were used the next night to make great blackened chicken. Looking forward to the next meal at your place. Rocking Randy providing background music was a great idea. Was at another cooking class presentation awhile ago and that would have been a good thing for that chef to do in those pauses or ” dead air ” space.
